Original watercolor painting, 'Woman with Dried Flowers and Herbs', by Lynn Cyrus / Cascade Colors. This is a very different subject matter for me, but I was interested in trying something out of the ordinary today. This is based on a photo I took while traveling through Turkey a decade ago. I was walking through the streets of a small village near the coast, and there was a small market filled with shops and stalls. In one of them, an old woman was attending to her dried herbs and flowers, arranged in bundles on the ground and across the table and cloths.
