Original watercolor painting, 'Summer Aspen Forest', by Lynn Cyrus / Cascade Colors. Living in Colorado, I have spent many a day hiking in the Rocky Mountains, through miles of aspen and pine/fir forest. Aspen glades are very peaceful and open, with sunlight reaching to the ground. I wanted to create a serene piece, filled with softer green, yellow, and blue tones.
