'Ecuador Cloud Forest', a fine art nature and landscape photograph by Lynn Cyrus / Cascade Colors. Ecuador is one of my favorite places to visit. On my third trip to this beautiful South American country, I spent most of my time at Wildsumaco, a lodge and preserve located within the lower elevation cloud forest on the eastern slope of the Andes, above the Amazon rainforest. This image demonstrates the perspective and sheer size of some of the large trees and the thick vegetation filling all levels of the forest; a small path winds its way through this growth.
