'Colorado Waning Autumn and Approaching Winter', by Cascade Colors / Lynn Cyrus. The last of colorful autumn leaves remain on a few trees on this November morning in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Freshly fallen snow marks the onset of winter. Fog rises from a lake in the distance, giving an atmospheric effect. Sunlight and shadow create interesting textures and effects in this scene.
