Mountain peaks rise in the background on this sunny summer day. Landscape photograph filled with color. Second place winner of All Colorado 'Best of Landscapes'!!
Fine art photography and watercolor paintings! My passions in photography are landscapes and nature, capturing these elements in winter, spring, summer, and fall, in all types of terrain and locations around the world. I aim to capture the natural beauty of the world around me, and my philosophy is to use minimal amounts of post-processing. NO AI, no altered backgrounds, no filters, no effects, everything shot in RAW. The themes of my watercolor paintings are most commonly natural landscapes, wildlife, and scenes from my travels. I particularly focus on color and wet-on-wet effects. In terms of style, I enjoy experimenting with various styles. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Also, feel free to send me...

Thanks so much Alan! Actually in the alpine, these flowers bloom in the summer months, since snow may not have melted until late June. So... perhaps spring and summer are combined in the alpine! :)
