'Redcloud and Sunshine Summer Panorama', a fine art mountain landscape photograph by Lynn Cyrus / Cascade Colors. This scene was taken within Grizzly Gulch, which lies in the San Juans range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, near Lake City. Redcloud and Sunshine Peak, two fourteeners (14ers), rise in the mountains in the background. At the height of summer, wildflowers are abundant in the alpine meadows above the pine forest.

Fine art photography and watercolor paintings! My passions in photography are landscapes and nature, capturing these elements in winter, spring, summer, and fall, in all types of terrain and locations around the world. I aim to capture the natural beauty of the world around me, and my philosophy is to use minimal amounts of post-processing, so that what you see is very much what it looked like in person, in terms of lighting, colors, and shadow. The themes of my watercolor paintings are most commonly natural landscapes, wildlife (primarily birds! I adore birds!), and scenes from my travels.
