Description
'Old Abandoned House Near Moffat Tunnel', a fine art mountain photograph by Lynn Cyrus / Cascade Colors. This relic of the past is situated right next to the Moffat Tunnel, an underground tunnel through the Continental Divide of the Rocky Mountains, used by trains and as a way to transport water. The area - the buildings and the tunnel - is historic, and reaches back to a time when trains were one of the few modes of transportation. This area lies on the edge of the James Peak Wilderness and Indian Peaks Wilderness, near the small community of Rollinsville, in the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies.
