'Lake Wakapitu, Landscape, a fine art photograph by Lynn Cyrus / Cascade Colors. The beautiful and large Lake Wakapitu lies near the center of the New Zealand's South Island, between Queenstown and Glenorchy. Here, in early autumn, the vegetation surrounding the lake is beginning to change color, though it is still predominantly green. Mountains rise in the background, and a clear blue sky with puffy white clouds completes this serene scene.
