Original watercolor painting, 'Smooth-billed Ani', by Lynn Cyrus / Cascade Colors. The Smooth-billed Ani is a relatively common bird of the subtropic and tropical rainforests of Central and South America. They are often found in small groups, and can be very vocal and curious. They are all black in color; however, there is some iridescence and their individuals feathers can stand out in certain lighting.
Fine art photography and watercolor paintings! My passions in photography are landscapes and nature, capturing these elements in winter, spring, summer, and fall, in all types of terrain and locations around the world. I aim to capture the natural beauty of the world around me, and my philosophy is to use minimal amounts of post-processing. NO AI, no altered backgrounds, no filters, no effects, everything shot in RAW. The themes of my watercolor paintings are most commonly natural landscapes, wildlife, and scenes from my travels. I particularly focus on color and wet-on-wet effects. In terms of style, I enjoy experimenting with various styles. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Also, feel free to send me...
